Egg Mayo Sandwich
INGREDIENTS:
- 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon mustard (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 slices of bread
- Lettuce leaves (optional)
- Tomato slices (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped hard-boiled eggs, mayonnaise, and mustard (if using).
- Mix well until everything is thoroughly combined.
- Season the egg mayo mixture with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust the seasoning according to your preference.
- Lay out 4 slices of bread on a clean surface or plate.
- If desired, add a lettuce leaf or two on each slice of bread for extra freshness and crunch.
